Securing your project

The very first thing that happens when you submit your project is a copyright registration of all submitted material in your name. You will receive an email from the International Copyright Organization confirming your registration. This is an essential and automated step to secure your copyright before your project is read by anyone, including our own staff. Your project is then forwarded to our creative executives that will start the review. You can add any additional information you want to attached to the idea such as artwork or a screenplay if you have one.

Review, approval and feedback

Now that you project is secure, it gets forwarded to the review queue for our creative executives to review. The review is usually completed within a week and the executives ensure that your project is submitted correctly, the content complies with our guidelines and that the concept is original and pitchable. If your project is approved for pitching, it is indexed in our project database where accredited agents, producers and production companies will have access to it. As part of the review process, you will receive an email with valuable feedback by our executives outlining any potential strengths or weaknesses and ways to improve your pitch if any.

In case we recommend alterations to your pitch you can apply those changes and update your pitch for free.
